CHIPPING OBD1.. Will this work.,

been reading through everything, but on a P30 Manual, are caps nessasary on C49 + 50 etc... can i get away with just socketing the 74hc373 chip, eprom, and bridging J1..

JDM or USDM?

C51 and C52 on any USDM OBD1 ecu arent 100% necessary...the caps are just filtering.

never ran the caps never had any problems
