If I wanted to tune my car for low boost, could I use a tuning program and make a base map for turbo b16 and burn it on a chip? Im pretty much lost in that cat. any help would be awesome!

only the forums work right now.
In order to make a basemap, you would need a chip burner and of course a chipped ecu, which I will take the liberty to assume that you have neither. My advice would be to purchase a chipped obd-1 ecu or chip your own (hopefully your car is already obd-1) and pay someone to burn you a basemap. Of course you would have to supply us with a bit more info before that can happen. Eventually someone will have to tune for you, but at least it will be driveable.
