CEL code 68?
Got my chipped P06 but i converted to Vtec and now it throws code 68 or 69 on 2 different cars one with B16 and other with LSV, and vtec doesnīt engage. I searched for that code but didnīt find anything.

Re: CEL code 68?
It's a ghost code.
Check your wiring, If you are using an OBD1 conversion harness - bingo. |

Re: CEL code 68?
I'd see it every so often, never could make heads or tails of it.
Speed Phreak got it for a while, along with intermittant VTEC troubles IIRC. He had a flaky OBD conversion harness, he replaced it and code + CEL went away. Ask him his $0.02, you could be onto something. |
Re: CEL code 68?
when my chips are seated perfect i get that cel and i got it once when the ecu was dirty since i keep my cover off. Try electronic cleaner then dry it off with compressed air from the can not a compresser.
