Car running limp and solid CEL

Ok so I ordered (2) chips from xenocron, one was stock gsr map, so I could throw that into my chipped ECU until I installed a turbo and then a turbo map. Well I just installed my turbo and threw that turbo basemap chip in and the car is running limp (can only rev to like 3500) and I have solid cel. The solid CEL could be caused by my open DP (o2 is just reading plain air?). Possibly low coolant? Anything else? Not sure what the problem is. :'(

Vehicle: '94 P72 GSR

Thanks in advance HMT

---- I was going to telll you that solid cel means that something in the ecu harware is fucked (bad chip, bad ecu, crazy fucked ecu wring) but.... I don't know nothing obd1 and p72s and ----, all I know is that solid cell in obdo0 means its fucked.
