car bucks and hesitates at 14.0 and leaner in vacuum- thats not cool

in vacuum my car bucks very slightly when my a/f goes any leaner than 14.0-14.1ish. it doesnt happen all the time, but its starting to become annoying. now im gonna richen it up and cure the problem, but theoretically if my o2 was enabled shouldnt i be running at close to stoich anyway with no driveability issues? could it be ignition related like my plugs are fouled?? car runs flawlessly otherwise

---- im sorry.
97 b18b, uberdata, rc 440's, stock pump (but i dont go lean in boost), t3/t4 57 trim holding a steady .5 bar. im also using an lm-1 as my wideband.

xenocron, im actually using a map i found on your website(i made a few small changes, like lean out the idle) that made 225/197 i believe on the same motor/turbo setup as i have.

Well if it happens EVERYTIME your wideband goes leaner than 14.1 then I say your Wideband is off...

If it only happens in certain spots on the map, I would say you have mechanical issues.

Does your car idle well?

my car idles well, at about 900-1000 rpm. idle a/f is high 13's (although as soon as i come to idle it goes high 16's, then takes 1 to 1.5 seconds to drop back down.). i was thinking the wideband sensor is possibly off, but it did a free air calibration and its reading 20.9% o2 in the atmosphere, and i think the real % of oxygen is about 21, so its close.....the sensor has few hundred miles on it tops.

id say it happens maybe 25% of the time im running the 14 a/f ratio, which is mainly around 11-14 vacuum. it is so hardly noticable my friends didnt know it was happening until they drove it
