Default car boggin

i was wondering if anyone knows whats wrong with my car. some times it boggs while im driving like if i give it more gas it just putters. i dont know. i think it might be my o2 because when i floor it it runs normal. but when i ease off the gas it starts studdering again. since i guess the ecu stops running of the o2 after 80% throttle. but i dont know. if anyone could help me. id really appreciate it. oh and my car isnt boosted either. well atleast not yet.
