cannot view target afrs in crome
I'm using the free version of crome to make a basemap for my single cam running a chipped P06 ecu. When I open crome and import a base map I cannot view target afrs even when I select it under the "view" menu. Anyone know what stupid mistake I'm making? thanks in advance.

I don't know if you can, that might be for Crome Pro. I am not sure what that does, i guess it could be for target AFR but it would have to have a datalogger too, which is only part of CromePro i do believe. I never even knew that was there until you asked this. It doesnt do anything on my CPU either. Just tune off the numbers, the bigger the number the more fuel in that cell, the smaller the less. Free crome does not datalog if that is what you are looking for, I datalog with Freelog.

Yes, it datalogs through the ecu, your innovate is going to be wired to the ecu. I have had great luck with my LC-1, its been used for 3 years now with no problems. Make sure you set up Freelog correctly, its a bit tricky at first setting all the paramaters and there is an option on it to speed up the capture rate when you are driving. I like it to capture quickly, remember it is a free datalogger so it isnt probably the best out there but it works in conjuction with your det cans and reading plugs skills, and i would deffinatly put a wide band gauge in the car, which is easier to see when you are wot just to make sure you never go lean.

Ok so correct me if I'm wrong...the LC-1 has an analog output (0-5v) which is wired into the ecu to datalog? Or the datalogger cable is run from the ecu (4pin header) to my laptop? Or does the LC-1 interface directly with my laptop in conjunction with freelog to datalog? Sorry for my apparent "noobness" I just want to get this straight before my LC-1 shows up.

The datalog cable runs from the 4 pin header to your laptop. The lc-1 is connected to your engine wiring harness and the information goes through the ecu, through the 4 pin, through the datalogger and into your laptop. The directions are on the disc that comes with the LC-1. You will need the wiring harness wiring diagram of your vehicle. What are you using as the chip, moates ostrich maybe??
