Can someone please gimme a hand with TE
Alright, ive made a few base maps, all of them will not idle my car and run like ----. I used the ng28 imported stock maps, 115% correction, setup for 450's and its rich as hell. I had to cut the vac. maps back -50% just to idle.
I imported the fowee3 map into ng28, When i click on the injector sizing in properties, it says 440s, even though the map was supposidly setup with 450s. So i burnt that and tried it, ran like ----. Then set the same map up for 450s, tried it, ran like ----. Im so lost right now, i dont understand this. On my map that i cut back 50% in vac, the car runs awesome. Maybe someone could take a look at the maps Thanks alot Pat |

::Sigh::
You're leaving something out when creating the map. Chris (xenocron) wrote a step-by-step tutorial on how to make a basemap. Please follow it. |
Re:Can someone please gimme a hand with TE

Re:Can someone please gimme a hand with TE
Followed it to a T, mine, and my buddies car run like ass.
I took the fowee3 bin, set it up for 450s ran it..i had to turn the idle screw up, but it idles nice and runs good in my car, his 88 rex...idles nice..once it leaves vac to go into boost, falls on its ass, identical .bin. Now any clues on this one |
Re:Can someone please gimme a hand with TE
mine is doing that too, but its because i imported the maps instead of using that ------sheet basemap helper.. the vacuum headers on the stable bin are different than the stock bin

Re:Can someone please gimme a hand with TE
did you do the ignition part as well?
if it's dumping a lot of fuel, and you don't have a wideband, try 112% |
