an adjustable fpr is not a way to manage a turbo system.
at minimum you will need an fmu.

u can run it fine if u stay out of the gas and dont boost. otherwise, ull kill the motor pretty quick. Back down the timing all the way, run 94 octane, and dont floor it. its pretty much pointless if u ask me
no fuel managment, no boost

lol!
ya, just install everything and dont connect the wastegate arm. that way the flapper will not be held closed and then no boost.

if you're looking for a cheap temporary solution until you can get into some decent fuel management, why not look into a cheap set of dsm injectors and either have a board member work over and obd1 ecu with uberdata and an obd1 conversion harness, or you could go with the AFC hack.

I would think that the afc hack would be better than an ECU. And afc + injectors you could probably do for like $250 or less, if you go used on the AFC.

i want to get by without doing damage on my engine- to do the ecu i need a obd1 for an auto teg ls-which im not having luck finding--is there a piggyback i could use with my stock obd2 ecu

yes, apex'i safc with 440-450cc injectors would run your setup fairly well. just be careful with that timing advance.
