can I chip my accord 86 ECU for dataloging??

Default can I chip my accord 86 ECU for dataloging??

Hi, please can anyone help me and tell me if my Honda Accord 86 ECU can be chipped for data loging? and What do I need to do to "chip" my ECU and burn ROMs?

you are right I can't chip my ecu, I was checking a site where I read that I have to upgrade to OBDI than chip the ecu. is it right?? can I upgrade to OBDI??

Don't even know. You wouldn't go to OBD1, probably 90-91 Civic PM6 or a PR4. But isn't that motor Vacuum advanced on the dizzy?

Oh and it's DPFI not MPFI if I remember our old bush car.

yes it comes with vaccum advance distributor, but it's a MPFI not DPFI, there are 4 injectors.
if I want to swap a OBDI ECU, what model will be compatible??

unless you find a compadable distributor, None. Also you would go to a Late OBD0 not OBD1 and use Turboedit.
