A/C cut-off with Crome, UD, etc. ?
Do any of the free rom editors have A/C cut-off ability
I've seen that the newer Hondata ECU's have this. If not, is it in the works? Please don't tell me to get rid of my A/C. I live in Miami, it gets hot! It's pretty impossible to search for anything related to a/c since it won't work in the search on most forums. thx |

http://images-space.no-ip.org/public...jpg?no_history ...der There is an obvious advantage to have it be automatic. When you're suddenly downshifting to pass someone or something like that, turning off the air is an extra delayed step. Alot of times i forget that my a/c is on and the car will react pretty slowly. |

Real men don't have A/C.

All i was able to find was: http://www.pgmfi.org/twiki/bin/view/...y/ACCutRoutine But that looks like assembly code. Even if I brushed up on assembly, I wouldn't know how to integrate it into the ecu code. I searched for ACCutRoutine on pgmfi and i got zilch. |

Re: A/C cut-off with Crome, UD, etc. ?
My problem is when i'm cruisin all comfy and all of the sudden, light goes yellow. I have to gather up enough coordination to downshift and gun it to make sure i get across legally. O0
scttydb411, u f'in rock! :y I was actually just on sourceforge lookin through pgmfi's dl's for assembly code stuff. Did you happen to come accross that in the past or is there some trick to searchin for a/c stuff? |
Re: A/C cut-off with Crome, UD, etc. ?
i came across it when i was upgrading my crome looking for additional plugins. i haven't used it yet, but additional features, advanced boost tools, step retard, etc is good to have. if i have time to mess w/ my own car when i'm at the dyno on thurs i'll try it out.
happy to help. |
