I just got my burn1 from xenocron and the burn and flash program is saying that Supported hardware Not Found!
Attach supported hardware and re-open application! i have no idea what the ---- is going on i installed all the drivers right. Let me know what you think.

go to moates.net they have the flash burn soaftware right there on there sit to d/l for free.this is what i used to get mine up and running.click flash and burn then click webpage a d/l should show up.

i have the flash and burn program. my computer can see that its there but the flash and burn program says its not.

 

are u connecting the burn 1 then open the flash and burn.if it dont work them somehing must have happen during the install.oh btw do u have your com ports right?

Can i burn a chip though crome or some other program or do i have to use the flash and burn program. i need to get this ---- working. I just tried to put it on my desk top comp and its still doing the same ----.

 

You can do it through crome, but if it doesn't work there, its your PC thats shitting on you. I get this once in a while if i try hooking up through a hub, since it can change the com port. Go do the device screen, uninstall the burn1 driver and the flash software, then install the drivers & software, restart then plug it in & start the software.
