Default bucking in high rpms, Rich Or Lean?

Ok, 8psi just hauls ***. But I am running too rich. At full throttle it doesn't cut out or anything. But if I try to just hold it at 4k or 5k, it starts bucking like a bronco.

It also does some serious bogging in low rpms when I first crank it up. Overall it is not smooth.

Any suggestions on to richen or lean out my SAFC2?
