You're in the wrong Forum buddy if you think there's just one. Don't be a dumbass. Sell the stupid blue box spend $165 and get a chipped ecu and start tuning right. I'll bet you could even sell that thing for enough money to buy the chipped ecu and the chip burner.

When I ran my last setup I used my bluebox and it held good up to 14psi and ran that for 7 months on a stock y7 until it spun a bearing and still ran for a month after then until I pulled it out. Sometimes you just gotta work with what you got. If you got then just use it. No harm done. The car felt like stock with no funny idle or hiccups or anything. I'd rock a bluebox if I had another boosted honda.

Re: blue box on a dx????

i think it should work on your civic even though its not vtec. its just a piggyback unit that cuts in before your ecu and changes the signals that your ecu recieves. its about 10 wires, one is rpm, 4 injectors, 2 for the map sensor, and i don't remember the others, but i don't think it should matter, it just pumps more fuel in boost and keeps your stock ecu from reading boost. I don't think it even does anything to the ignition at all either.
