Yeah, I doubt your ECU will know what to do with those 350cc injectors. I would say the pump is in desperate need of an upgrade. I hope you get this fixed before anything bad happens.

I know for sure we can go up to 320cc injectors its been done many times. It cannot hurt to try though since I have them and they are free.

I just dont get why the gauge sometimes reads completly red and I mean the very leanest bar on occasion. It will be that way the whole time at wot but the next time I run the car its in its normal position on the first rich bar. I'm just overly confused not knowing if my gauge is just messing up or if my fuel pump is bad or what.

I'll get it resolved...besides its comming time for the winter beater and the turbo sunfire will not be driven until spring again. Plenty of time to make modifications.

and get an emanage which would allow me to run larger injectors or sub-injectors...as well as retard my timing on my stupid distributorless ignition system. That would be ideal I think....

Well, as you know that gauge is not accurate at all and is just used as a reference point. One other thing to consider is how old is the o2 sensor? That could be ------- with you also. Those damn things go crazy when you run rich for a while.

I bet with a new/aftermarket pump and maybe a new o2 it would be reading where it should be although as you said, a different management system would be ideal.

BTW, you need to update your avatar with the new paint job. That thing looked dope.

Thats all i wanted was a reference point. I'm not sure on the age of the O2 sensor. I believe I have a new one at home that came off of the new engine but I never used it...I'll give that a shot to see if it changes anything.

New management will hopefully be soon. I was not going to get an emanage but when I saw how far down the wide band o2 has come and that one that i posted is rpm dependant as well. So tuning would become much easier I coudl add fuel at specific rpm's and what not so that will be my next route hopefully.

I'd love to see 13 psi on stock internals, if its tuned correctly and the timing is retarded enough I beleive I Could hit 15 without blowing it up completly. Anyways those are the goals and thank you for the help. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

Dr. Boost,

You know I thought about some things some more. I have my fmu and several other items running off of the same vaccume source. I doubt its a problem but it ran through my head. Anyways I have the boost gauge, my actuator, and my fmu all running off of the FPR vaccume.

Another item I do have an egt gauge with the probe installed in the manifold. At cruising speeds I'm between 1300 and 1400 degress. At WOT I'm a lil about 1600. The gauge stops at 1600 but the needle is going a lil past it, I'm not sure where it actually pegs at.

I should have bought a fuel pressure gauge instead of some other crap lol...oh well.
