anyone dataloging with a dku-5 that dosnt have that box thing on the wire?

Default anyone dataloging with a dku-5 that dosnt have that box thing on the wire?

hello.

i just got a nokia dku-5 cable but it dosnt have that box thing on the cable, soi dont know if i should cut the connector and try to use it anyway. or return it to the store.

lmk if you got the one without the box on the wire to work for you.

basically the little electrical board is on the end where the USB connector is.

If you prise off the casing on the usb end carefully you will see the wires coming off the usb connector end and on the electrical board they are identified as rx and tx. and ground. if ground is not identified then you can just do a continuity test from the usb end and check each wire.
