Default anybody have troubles w/xenocron ecu?

i started my car with turboedit and no charge pipes and it doesnt go past 4,000 rpm, is there something wrong with the ecu or the way i started the car.
i also tried it with a PG7 and it works better than the chipped ecu.

thanks in advance
