check out pgmfi.org, and michigancivics.com and see if they have some tuners. unless there are some sw michigan guys on here that can tune, but i haven't see too many guys from michigan on here...

check out Payne technologies. I'm not sure if they do uber but I'm pretty sure they do tuning, swaps and fabrication. I think there in the detroit area but not totally sure.

Payn Tech. is north of Detroit, sorta on the wrong side of the state. I'm not even sure Tom is still in business after the theft last winter.

I'd suggest looking for someone near Chi-town..........
