I'm 3.5-4 hours from Syr...but my family is from up that way, so once or twice a year I travel north. We are planning a Dyno Day in Rochester for sometime in the near future though.

I'll actually be up in Lewis County (just north of you) all week next week...on VACATION!

Cant ------ wait :)

I have watched to many people burn out from working too much.

I work HARD and I work SMART...I get what takes most people 60 hours to do done in 40 (or at least I try).

Tuning and my business is my life...but so is my me time, my wife and my family. It's all about balance :y

This is wonderful news. Is it just a day to jump on the dyno or will there be an opportunity for you to do some tuning?

Same here. That's why I work 20 hours a week and focus on getting paid like I worked 40.

Everyone I met in upstate NY wishes they were dead because there is nothing to do. Admittedly, Syracuse is a city of some size so that might not be the case for you vs everyone I met in the sticks just north of you, but there is ---- to do in NC and you will not be bored. Unlike great swaths of upstate NY, cracker FL, Indiana, etc.

thats what i heard my parents went down there to look at some houses and they said it was refreshing to be down there it seemed like their was better attitudes for life and it seemed refreshing to see industries going up there instead of movin out of state like in new york.

There is plenty to do in upstate, NY..the real upstate, not west NY. I-87 shared with canada is just about the biggest drug highway on the East coast. Anyway, I don't know how close to Lake Placed you are, but there is an AWD dyno shop there called moon performance.
