???have had this thing a week,stayed up late every night after 8 hour days at work trying to get the solid cell to go a way.have tried just about everything even resolderd all my chips!swiched programs,still nothing!did all the jumper bs nothing,didnt do jumper wire nothing!!still getting message saying need to close antiviruse or monitor ...............before burning ATchip??????did every thing in order from every help post on this site(thanks for everyones help)aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh just want the little solid cel to go away i dont care if the little cel fairy comes in the middle of the night scopes it out of my civc(bring it ooooooonnnnnnn).so if anyone there out in hmt land has any ideas why the solid cel is not going off ,dont care if u no why or why not plz just wright something before i take my little willem burner to meet Mr.garbage desposil(that is if i can jam it in the sink)and be chop up in little green and black chunks!!!!!!!!

What makes you think it has anything to do with the burner? Have you tried another stock ECU or stock .bin yet?

<rant>Also, your post is ------- annoying. I realize that it can be frustrating when things don't work right, but that's no excuse for that sorry hackjob you call a post. I don't know how old you are, but from your post, I'm going to assume high school age or lower. Do everyone on the interweb a favor and pay attention in English class!</rant>

it worked once and that was with a stock gsr bin but it poped a code 10 so i took it back out to reburn the chip and now its just a solid cell????yes i jumped from the connecters but all it does is a solid cel no pause no flash??dont know what it could be im going to redo my chips in my ecm one more time just to make shure!i put the resister in r54 and c52 and c51 ,chip in Ic4 and chip in Ic4 also what is the white 4 pin connecter for that came in the kit,i'm geusing its for cn2 to datalog right?thanks

;Dgot it guys it was a loose #4 pin on the small chip in the ecu!!thanks guys for all your help and putting up with all my bs these past few days,and hey maybe i can help some one in the future with crap i have learned this week!thanks a mill guys runs like a charm(well when its tuned anyways). ;)

i am having the same problem i am getting a solid cel...and really bad idel....i check my chipping ...burned diff chips nothing....i cut the j1 jumper and i get no cel... but the car idel jumps up and down and the car almost stalls and dies....any idea what might be doin this.....and i noticed from pics that my ecu dont have nethign in R52 like some others.....should i get a resistor to put there?...thanks

yes you need a 1k resistor in R54 or your never going to get anywhere.
