Did you rescale the LC-1 to go from 0v-3.25v? Or did you hack the ecu to accept up to 5v signals? I heard that Honda ecus will clip signals over 3.5v, which might explain the discrepancy. Just a thought, I'm just starting to learn myself..

Your LC-1 cable will have a serial port line on it. You have to plug this into your laptop. If your Laptop has no serial port, you have to buy a serial to usb adapter. Then you have to load the Logworks software onto your laptop. There is a program in the software bundle, I think it is called LMProgrammer. In there, you can rescale the O2 sensor outputs. i'm at work right now, so I don't recall the specific values, but you want 0.1v=~7.35AFR and 3.25v=~22AFR. I don't know how to change the scale in Crome Pro because I use Freelog, but you will probably have to change it there as well.
Hopefully someone who uses Crome Pro will chime in (ahem!).
