afc and turboedit

i am using an afc right now, naturally aspirated. i am going to use turboedit when i put my turbo on. if i keep the afc settings at zero, will it still increase my timing? i am kinda confused about how it does that. I HAVE READ THE FAQ!

If all settings are at 0 you should be fine.
