hey i may be a rookie but i mean cmon to criticise someone because they dont know so much i asked for help not to be made fun of...i mean is this a buncha ass holes that supposivly know a lot but dont like to help people that just recently started workin on cars...

I would suggest a +2. Take it for a few rips and see if you like it. If your lucky, youll shift your TQ curve up a couple 100 rpm and make like 3 more peak whp.
I sure you've heard it b4, but the only real way to tell is while its on a dyno.
IMHO, the only time a gear is needed on a SOHC, is if your head has been decked a few times and/or your running a different HG.

Natedogg with such a hardcore name I would think you would know more. Unless you have a decked block/milled head, agressive cam, etc then it wont do a damn thing. Enjoy ignorance it's pure bliss
