Default 93octane tune vs. C16/ Torco 118 ignition advance

JD, feel free to continue or conversation...

What I am trying to grasp is a general addition of ignition advance from switching the tune that is proven on 93 octane to C16 or Torco 118. I should theoretically be able to advance the 10" all the way to max psi area of the map by at least 2-3 degrees immediately by swithcing fuels. This is just my thoughts , so I would like some proven experience to tell me yes or no. If this advance is too little then what would could I safely walk up and throw at the said proven tune and in what area of the map. I am pretty sure that I can do this to all the boost areas but not sure on the vaccum portions. Please school me. Thanks!

Go pay for an hour of dyno time, then you'll know.
