There is also a dispute about the cam specs. SCCA already using some of my specs, the ITAC (Improved Touring Advisor Committee) is asking me to clarify the cams for each class.
I know you people think this is crazy, but it is to make the cars as equalas possible in their classes. I'm the outsider and sometimes not well liked, but then again when I mention my D15B7 with OEM bolt-ons making 118 whp to their 90-95 whp, it would be a slaughter

Oh they would. Sadly the 1988-91 civic here is now king of performance and so is dpfi injection has all the si's are usually kept up and not tweakers cars
They would sell all day long at 125 a piece.
