5th injector with boost switch
 
has any one ever used a 5th injector along with a boost sensitive switch b4. a friend of mine told me about it, but was vauge on the details. i understand the concpet behind it, but how effective/efficent is it.

any input/thoughts would be great.

Crap in my opinion. No need for hacks like that maybe a good idea like 5-6 years ago but with all the edit programs just run 440's and tune.

i personally never tried it, but i believe it should work fine for lower amounts of boost. preatty much the same way wet nitrous kits work for the most part if you think about it....

I never thought i'd ever say this.. *shakes head* an FMU would be MUCH better then that. :'(

o ok, thanks. would a fuel pump benifit me when used with a fmu? ::)

a very big YES. but after you factor in the cost of the pump, time to install cost of FMU, might as well get AFC w/ 450's
