Which color of wire do you hook the a/f gauge up to on a 5 wire o2 sensor out of a vx?

Follow the directions for your wideband O2 kit.

If you want an inaccurate pass/fail AF meter, install a one or four wire O2.

 

i dont have a wideband i just read that you should hook up you a/f gauge to a second 02 sensor, so the sensor in my vx turbo manifold is a 5 wire one do i just solder it to the white wire
?

 

i'll trade you a 4 wire for your 5 wire

 

COPPERcivic.. it won't work.. use your first 02.. you need a 0-1volt output.. Your better off getting the wideband kit and using your 5wire sensor with that. Then you can get an accurate reading.

OK , not i know they are in demand, i have a 4 wire already in my turbo 02 housing and i just read you get a better reading if you hook the a/f gauge up to a seperate 02 sensor and i have one in my hf manifold just sitting there so i thought id ask. So can you tune at all with a wideband kit? Or is it just for a more accurate reading?
