450cc install question

Ok, the O rings I need..I hvae a 93 d16 and putting the 450cc. Do I just need the Big bottom o rings or the WHOLE ring set, all three rings for each injector?

If the injectors have all the factory seals on them still all you have to do is bore out your stock oem seals that go into the fuel rail.

Re:450cc install question

So I can take them off the stock ones when I get them off and bore them out? it would save me $20 if so.

Re:450cc install question

Yes just bore out the stock seals. Don't go too crazy boring them out though. You don't want them too loose.

Re:450cc install question

cool that will save me money. just use a dremel eh?

Re:450cc install question

yup, just like all the writeups etc. say, a dremel tool and one of the sanding discs works perfectly for this task. Do it outside though... It gets pretty smokey ;)

Re:450cc install question

if your really ghetto you can just force the 450's into the original seals. they are rubber so they do stretch. theres no need to bore them out. :P
