450cc Injectors & S-AFC without Turbo?
 

I was woundering if I could put in those 450cc DSM injectors using the S-AFC, becuase i don't have my HMT setup done quite yet. Also i am new to fuel adjustment like this and ill be ordering my S-AFC in week any suggestions on this S-AFC is there different types like newer ones or better ones besides the ones needing a labtop to use? One more thing what should i set my setting to, i know there is a topic about settings but this is without a HTM setup on. Thanks for any info and remember i new to this so i hope you guys don't flame me.

Yeah there is an safc 2 out now that looks pretty cool. Do a little searching because there is a thread about it in this section of the forum. I would just wait to install the 450's and the afc until you have turbo. I think there is one post of a car running N/A in the afc settings post though.

Yes, you can install the injectors and AFC without a turbo.

Simple math should get you started on your settings. Meaning, how much more flow is there with 450cc injectors than 240? ...46%. So, to get the mathmatically correct "Correct" you would start at -46% on your AFC. But, anyone who has run an AFC will tell you, obiously, that will not work because it's too lean.. But, it will give you a starting point. I have a buddy who is running ~-42% across the board.
