What kind of management are you using? You'll need a standalone system (Zdyne, Hondata), otherwise it won't work. Hope I'm not stating the obvious, -Z

Re:3BAR MAP SENSOR

There is a way to make it work with an AFC, but its really only good for WOT ( or so I've heard ). It looses its low-end resolution in exchange for more high-end..
Its not recommended...

There is a thread on H-T about it, its pretty long, do a search and see if you can find it, I don't feel like looking it up again..

Re:3BAR MAP SENSOR

I was assuming you knew that you need a way of modifying/interpreting the signal to allow your ECU to use it. :-\

i still think that its a gay way to have more fuel.
Why dont you just add another fuel pomp and increase the fuel pressure on your fuel rail :-\

Re:3BAR MAP SENSOR

afc = not gay. fmu=gay as ----. ;D. ive already run up to13 psi with the afc and 450 injectors with no problems(cheap ass manual boost controller). 15 should be cake on a built motor. ;D plus the 450cc came stock on dsm's that run 14-15psi stock anyhow, im not expecting any fuel shortage.im more concerned about the ign timing than runnin out of fuel, n-e-way ill post the results when im done.

Re:3BAR MAP SENSOR

but see once you start needing to really use the fuel the 450s can put out, you wont be in the negatives as much and you will trip a map cel since you arent scaling the map voltage enough to bring it under 3volts...at least thats my understanding of it

he could always bump the rail pressure to ~75psi and scale it like they were 550's instead of 450's.
