Default 3bar map question

im supposed to help a friend next week burn a basemap for his b20 turbo, the problem is that its got a 3bar map on it. i tried to run a 3bar on my gsr and couldnt get it to idle right in uberdata or crome. what is the proper way to get a 3bar running right? before i had just set the burn up like a std. turbo tune then clicked the 3bar option. this didnt work for me before. is there more to getting it to a basemap then simply clicking the 3bar option :1.

alright i made a map based on the one you linked me to will let you know how it goes next week when the guy gets the car back together that im supposed to help with. its a fully built b20 so i figured that i write in p30 then just use the low cam maps in crome not pro version right? i have only tuned my gsr so im limited here.
