255lph fuel pump on d15/d16 ef

hey ya'll. im planning on dropping in a 255lph fuel pump in my 89' civic hatch. has d15 with MPFI conversion. hopefully somebody that has done it already can answer, will i have to have a AFPR (adjustable fuel pressure regulator) to bring psi down, or will the factory regulator be able to manage it (i doubt it), and maybe a little bit of a write up on how they did their's. like if i can get away with a cheapy AFPR or if i have to get a $100+ unit. or if it's as easy as removing factory FPR and installing AFPR. and if it will require a bigger fuel return line.

whoa hold it right there pal. your talking about something that has never been done before. you sir have a pioneering thought process. if you do try to do something this CRAZY and inventive you better make a write up about it. this is just beyond the realm of hondas right now. im going to start calling you chris columbus because your going to need the financial backing of the englishroyal family to attempt something like this. do you work for NASA or something?

AHAHAHAHA greatest response ever!!

In all seriousness, laith, read the FAQ, there is EVERYTHING you need to know to turbo your honda in there. Not kidding about the "everything" part. Read up and you'll be boosted in no time.

I have a 255lph pump on my delsol in preparation for the turbo, i have a d16. i was running on it for at least 2 weeks of everyday driving no problem whatsoever, actually i noticed throttle response was more focused, or maybe i'm imagining,

but your fuel regulator should be fine with it

haven't had internet for awhile so finally checkin back on this thread.

and thank you turbof22a, for your homo answer. probably took you more thought and time to think of that smart ass idiotic little write up then a short answer to help me. and if you couldn't help me anyway, then you shouldn't even have wrote a word you worthless ----.

disableddan- and thanks for encouraging em. asshat. there was nothing stupid with my question and it was probably one of the most bullshit answers EVER. i mean... thats a reason why a lot of people say ---- it and ---- can their projects. cause douche bags that say ---- like that.

but i appreciate ya directing me to the faq section. i'll try and see if i can answer my own question there. which is all that assfuck above had to say.

kanadaw2003- just curious, was the fuel pump that you were running a walbro or just some no-namer? i figured i'd probably end up needing an AFPR, that's interesting your delsol ran good with stock regulator.

and i just tried searching faq. i put in 255lph fuel pump. it doesn't come up with jack ----... i tried searching different ways in faq too. it wont bring up anything.
