I bought a blown del sol the car was in peices. It had a y8 head on a z6 block, I bought a used d16z6,the distributer holes do not line up except for one and I can get it in time or pretty close. The ECM is a p28 I took the cover off after I fail emissions by nearly 3x's the legal limit in hc and co. How can I make my car pass before I swap in a b16a turbo this is my question? One other thing the car has no o2 sensor

 

um, you might want to start there.

 

It might be in open and not closed loop. So no o2 readings are taken at all to adjust fuel. Even after you put an o2 in it
