1990 accord, obd0 or obd1??

Default 1990 accord, obd0 or obd1??

i just heard that the 90 accords are obd1, is this true?

no way. my 91 has a resistor box mang. obd0 baby but they are different. my o2 has 4 wires.

What do you mean "no way" I'll say it again, 90-93 Accords are OBD1, not obd0. Saying they have a resistor box doesnt mean anything unless its a civic. Prelude OBD1 uses resistor boxes as well.

Pull the ecu and look at the plugs, if I'm wrong I'll send ya 10 bucks.

well for sure i know the plugs are different than a regular civic obd0 ecu...... but whats that got to do with it...... so what your saying is i can physically plug in like a p28 ecu?? whethere it works or not is not what im asking.

OBD1 plugs are different than OBD0 ecu plugs. Just check out the ecu and see if they match up to the OBD1 style.

I beleive you technically could RENR, but I don't think anyone's made any fuel/ignition maps for those engines. If they have, theres probably not many out there for easy access. You can be the first!
