Default obd0 turboedit

wat EXACTLY will i have to do and wat EXACTLY will i have to "have" in order to tune my obd0 ecu myself on turboedit? plz email me (jakethesnake110@yahoo.com)

Chip the ecu with a obd0 chipping kit install turboedit and flash and burn. Get a chip burner. I tune a buddys obd0 b16 crx in crome. You can load obd0 bins in crome make adjustments etc. Save them then burn them with flash and burn.
