Blue e-manage onto D16Y8 wiring help??

I have a 99 honda civic ex and have been having trouble mathcing up the right colors and wires onto my ECU. I figured out this much.....http://www.greddy.com/upload/file/e-...ue_Install.pdf Model: Civic Chassis code: EJ6 year: 96~00 engine: D16Y sensor type: HN_pr-1 switch setting: 2, 8, A CPU#: H-1 ECU LOC.: 4 But when i matched it up to my ECU wiring some are missing and/or confusing like....matched up to (? honda ECU) VT "VTEC signal" connector Ar "Airflow/pressure signal" connector #E "injector ground" connector and most importantly l*t "RPM + Ignition signal" I also have the optional injector harness and haven't figured that out either. Any good advice would be appreciated. or further the: Airflow input (white e-mange) matched up to (? honda ECU) Airflow output (greene-manage) matched up to (? honda ECU)
