Default 86 civic hatch Ls turbo manifold...

t3/to4e 50trim on a b18b made some of the flanges on a burn table. i bought the ts and 90s and the head flange. turned out pretty good.

now to the machine shop to resurface the flange (welding warped it) the other two flanges seal fine, because the exhaust flange warped differently (welded the exhaust ports on the inside and out)









I dont think i used a tape measurer once lol everything just falls into place and is eyeballed and seems to be going together great so far

Not to bad except for all the different steel that is scabbed in by the turbo flange. But for not using a tabe measure it looks great.

just made a wedge shaped box, about the simpleist way to get the round to flat


its like a gorilla ugly but strong LOL
