Default New here with a wagon

Hello I came here lookig for help throughout my build. I have a 1984 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser wagon that I have set up in a Pro-Touring fashion to do road course track events and AutoX events. I am really quite pleased with it so far. But at my last event I toasted the engine. It was due to oil starvation, which I was kind of expecting. That and the track had a very long sweeping right hander that you are in forever. So I figured if I have to build an engine I might as well go big. So I am starting with an Olds 350 of which I have a few blocks and sets of heads to choose from. The 350 will be stroked and bored to 375 cu. in.. I already have the forged stroker crank. I will also be converting it to EFI with a Megasquirt, 4 barrel style TB and Edelbrock Performer RPM intake. But the reason I am here is because I will also be doing twin turbos on it. I already have the 1/2 inch thick exhaust manifold flanges. Just need to get some weld els to get started on the manifolds. Now the Olds V-8's are kinda low reving. I won't rev mine much past 5500 rpm if at all. The Olds engines make most of their power down low anyway which is where I want it. Better to power out of the corners. So because of that I was thinking about using smaller turbos to spool up quicker. But the reason I am here is to gain info. So if I need to be set straight please do so. thanx so much.
