Hello from the west coast!
Hello, my name is Scott and I am a boostaholic.
I figured it was time to join this forum as I always need to learn more and I finally have contributions and may be able to help someone else.
My first complete boosted project is my 2005 mustang gt. Im running a single t04e 60-1 p trim Garrett turbo, a large intercooler, and a 4" maf tube. At 6.3 lbs, its making 408 hp and 441 ft-lb at 4200 / 5200 rpm. boost flatlines at 4200 when the waste gate is wide open, so there is plenty left in this if I ever build the motor. This was quite the project as the car actually got stolen when I was just wrapping it up the first time.
If anyone has questions about sct pro racer software, turbo oiling, whether or not to run an intercooler, fuel system, I have been down the road and am happy to help. If anyone has experience playing around with different exhaust housings on a single turbo V8, id love to hear your stories.
