Been here a while - maybe ill actually start posting...
hey whats up?
ive been lurking off and on around here for about 6 years or so. this is definitely my kind of forum i love how resourceful things are around here. for the most part we all just want good running engines with power on the cheap but done right. um yea, for the most part...
i've got a 92 gsr that ive just started restoring and building up. im in the process of rebuilding my doors right now, i've reinforcing around the speaker holes with fiberglass, made some badass speaker brackets out of 3/4" MDF, and im about to replace everything thats worn out on the doors with oem honda stuff. im also planning on making them quiet and soundproof with stuff from Sound Deadener Showdown - Your Source for Sound Deadening Products and Information
i like diy bc you can end up with exactly what you want. im about to get air tools, and maybe an HF tig welder. im gonna be building up another b17, redoing the suspension, power steering, tranny, fixing all the electrical and interior stuff, and maybe seam welding the chassis... we'll see.
