Default B18b and D16a7

Whats up. I have a B18b with P-72-00 pistons and rods and a couple of other internal goodies on my Integra GS...

The main reason I came on here is because my brother left me a project on which I have no experiance in. He wants me to turbo his D16 and I have no Idea how lol. Well the engine is bone stock and has about 150-170k on the tach. He wants the turbo because, and I quote, "I dont want to feel like Im driving a f***n Prius, I want the power on tap when I want it." All I am striving for is about 5 psi of boost and want to keep it reliable, it would also help if you can give me a rough estimate of how much power that would be making. Also I am going to be running Water/Meth injection to make sure the engine dont go boom if my brother wants to skimp out and buy 89 octane lol.

Any advice is helpfull, thanks.
