take ur time, I still have the hondata s300 ecu if ur interested? That t25 is very small and will loose power up top. Ur best bet is to sell it and get a super 60 or bigger. I ran the super 60 on the street and still do, its good to 300-350hp. It spools real fast and doesnt fall off at the top. I also say you said it has shaft play in the turbo, it can get costly to repair them. If it were me I would sell it and make some money and get the super 60. There are some guys selling a few I have seen latly, thats really ur best bet.
