Default How do I tell the difference between a DX&Si tranny?

I have an Si tranny(I think) and I need to know if there is a site or something that tells what numbers match what transmissions. I think I got scammed. It has similar numbers to my DX tranny.

PL3/3000 cast into the casing just above the fill plug.
PL3/A000 or A100 denotes the smaller bearing HF, DX, STD tranny.

ok what the ----. i have a DX tranny laying in my garage and it has no cast marks, and 2 grooves on the main shaft.

no marks = 88
2 grooves = 90-91

wtf. and i highly doubt the mainshaft gear has been changed.
