eagle b18a/b long rods
I found a guy selling b18a long rods from eagle used for pretty cheap, but what the hell are long rods for? They can't work with stock height pistons right? Is it just to give a better r/s ratio with the use of different pistons? If anyone knows anything about it hit me up b/c I need forged rods still and if I don't go with these it will prob be tuner toys for me.
oh and i've already got pistons (srp 10:1 comp for a b16, so it should be lower in b18b right??, i don't really care if its not i spose) so I won't be buying the long rods if different pistons are needed

Yes, I will be using a set in a D series build once the bearings are made.

.137 longer. I heard back from the guy selling them finally and he said that for those rods they just sell a different height piston for it. Not a bad idea i guess for making more torque, but i already bought my pistons, so i think using longer rods would probably being pushing my pistons inthrough my valve cover
