Default 95 cx mini me really high idle white smoke no coolant in oil PLEASE HELP PLEASE!

ok so i dont know if i suck at titling my threads or people on here just dont care to help out but i am trying to learn and again PLEAD for some help. I have a 95 cx mini me with z6 head y8 head gasket and i can not get this thing to run riight. here we go:

When i start the car the idle is way way high like 3k rpm high and the car is spewing white smoke that does not smell like coolant at all it smells like an old lawn mower running WAy rich.

There is no coolant in my oil i check the dipstick all the time through out my troubleshooting.

i have 2 p28 ecus i have been trying throughout all my troubleshooting here and there one is socketed and chipped with mini me basemap and the other is a BONE STOCK p28

I have cleaned the iatv. and attempted to adjust the idle control screw but no luck at all...

first the car would run like a bat out of hell never giving me a problem put almost a thousand miled on the swap without a hitch. aside form the high idle all the time. at this time it was around 2k rpm

i noticed i had a obd2 throttle body ont he intake manifold (came that way) so i purchased froma guy a obd1 z6 throttle body. since then my idle has been really high and now like i say i have white smoke coming from the exhaust like a lot!

PLEASE PLEASE I KNOW THERE ARE SMART EXPERIENCED PEOPLE HERE PLEASCE GRACE ME WITH SOME KNOWLEDGE i would be greatly appreciative.

i even enrolled at Wyotech so i can gain some better knowledge on engines and sensors ingeneral and can ------ my learnings with other noobs like me if need be i can post a video of what my car is doing or send it to someone just lemme know

i have everything 98% backl together with the new heagasket new head bolts torqued in sequence and first to 22ft/lb then to 53ft/lb dipped bolts in fresh oil first clean out holes did it all to spec for the most part i just dont get why all this started. i do not have the four wire o2 sensor wired in yet i am waiting to get this thing semi lined out first ig guess before i try to tackle anything else. hey we all had to start somewhere. well i feel like i have learned a ---- ton over the five civics i have had and one boosted gsr which i almost never had a problem with anything and i did the work my self until this car ha. o well... ill keep tooling around and if anyone has anything please lend me some knowledge im like a spinge i just have so much trouble finding anything online. i guess i suck at searching ha thanks again!

Ever try recalibrating your TPS sensor? Try searching for that. I believe if your TPS sensor on the throttle body was removed at some point it throws off your TPS reading. Im sure i have read that this will cause the car to have idle and driveability issues like low or high idle or akward revs.
You need a multimeter to recalibrate the TPS and if i remember correctly you measure the voltage coming out of the TPS with your key in the on position, and loosen the screws or bolts holding the tps to the throttle body. you rotate the tps until the voltage is within spec at wide open throttle. then you tighten the bolts and start the car, set your idle screw, and thats it. Ive only read about it and never had to do it yet.
