Zdyne or DSM 450L injectors
I am trying to decide on which injectors to buy. It could be either the Zdyne 450 injector or the used DSM 450 injector. If I get the used DSM 450 I would have to send them to RC Engineering for clean, high flow and balance. Before I install the injectors I would have to buy a set of tight boost seal from Zdyne. That would run me about $200: $60 for used injector, $120 for RC injector works, and maybe 20 for Zdyne tight boost seal. If I just buy a set of brand new Zdyne 450 injector it would run me about $260. For $60 more I can have a brand new set of injectors. Hm...hmmm...hmmmmm....

Buy some used injectors (dsm 450s) 35-75
send them to Mike Palm, (friend of mine)
TurborexR@aol.com he will do them for about 50 bucks including shipping.
Then borrow a die grinder, dremel and just grind out your stock injector grommets just a bit, until the squeeze in their nice.

Re:Zdyne or DSM 450L injectors
I have injectors cleaned, blue printed and balanced by RC Engineering and I like their services. If someone is offering the same services for less I will go for it. I have shoot your friend Mike Palm an EMail. So far the price for DSM 450 is $60 shipped. I have a dremel that I could grind the grommets but I will get the boost tight seal from Zdyne. That is the same dremel that I use to grinded out a cobalt drill bit that snapped while trying to drill out a broken exhaust manifold stud.
