The rule of thumb is half your age plus three years, which means they have to be at least 18.5 in Joey World.
I used to get the (at that time) 19 y/old gf and her 15 y/old sister into 21+ venues all the time. If it's got a ----- the doorman doesn't care. You should try it sometime.
