Well I am also still waiting on my kit I have talked to a lawyer recently nathan did tell me he had it finished last weekend and would send it out this week so i am slightly delaying dealing with the lawyer for now but i already informed him what is up and told him I would let him know by next week. So I am also still waiting

Why are you delaying everything. Just get the police involved, get lawyers. If it is really finished, let the authorities determine that.

If it turns out that he comes through, then no harm done, the charges/case will be dropped. If he doesn't produce, then you are wasting time by not talking to the police, lawyers ect.

It's called internet fraud and if it's 1g or over then it's a felony. Nate is cool and all that in person but once he's 4 hours from me back home getting ---- from him. I feel the same way as you. It's just that we traded simple smaller ---- that I don't worry if he doesn't give me anything back. If I were in your case I'd quit waiting and get on the phone and start asking questions and wanting answers. This is uncalled for the wait you've gone through. Call his house and talk to his dad and tell him whats up since about how much you paid him since he lives with his dad and stepmom. His stepmom won't do ---- and Nate hates her *** anyways and could careless what she says.
