oh and this is classis. i was asking a guy about his car once and here is the convo:
me: so what do you got done to your car?
him: B18B turbo
me: oh yeah how many pounds?
him: not sure but the box it came in said it was about 18lbs :1

I was doing some street tuning/datalogging in my girlfriend's CRX and we saw a group of people sitting in a parking lot (some of them we knew), so we decided to pull over and b.s. while the car cooled down for a while. When we pulled in, I left the laptop on the pass. seat and had the datalogs on the screen. Following conversation is between me and some random ricer (that was driving a dsm w/ stock 14b) that came running up to her car.
ricer "holy ---- dude, you've got a dyno in this thing?"
me "no, that is just a datalog so I can tune this easier."
ricer "so it's a dyno then?"
me "no"
ricer "would you dyno my car when you are done with this one?"
me "it isn't a ------- dyno"
ricer "oh, you should pop the hood once"
...
ricer "what turbo is that?"
me (it's a 14b) "oh, that thing, it's a t3/t4 60 trim"
ricer "yea, i thought it looked different than mine"

Has anyone ever noticed how ricers worship the gsr motor? Seriously i pull into school the other morning and some kid heard my bov, and he comes up and he's like aww is it a b16, and i'm not, it's a y8, but i'm building a b16. So he's like aww naw man you gotta get a b18 .. C1 it's the best yo.
