The rear compartment was in good condition when the item left my care. I included this item in with the turbo parts purchased from me and put $600 worth of insurance with UPS on the item; if the item did not show up in the desired condition he can take it up with UPS. The hinge was connected to the piece when it was sent. I do not consider an item "covered in dog hair" to be in poor condition. The item was not warped upon leaving my possession as well; it was straight as an arrow. The sticker in question was REQUESTED by the buyer to be included; it was nothing more than a suggestion, not a requirement. The $45 was to cover the cover and I asked for $5 more to cover shipping. Locking mechanism was thrown out, as the key to the vehicle was lost and it would only lock the compartment in place rendering it useless. It was assumed that the locking mechanism was not included as it is opened with the door key. Buyer called referred to me as a "------" on AOL Instant Messenger multiple times when demanding the sticker as well.

$45 was for the whole compartment, he REQUESTED an HMT sticker which in my hurriedness to get the item OUT ON TIME, I forgot. Was going to send it to him until I got the nice message "wheres my ------- stickers at ------"

Since you already made the thread before I got the chance to (asswipe lol) heres my side

Haha, opening a paypal dispute because there was dog hair on the rear compartment and I forgot to include an HMT sticker that you REQUESTED, it was not part of the DEAL.

Hahahaha.

His paypal complaint:

The rear compartment cover was described as "good" condition, I stated I didn't want a beat up part. It arrived without the metal rod/hinge, was warped, covered in dog hair, and did not have the locking mechanism. He asked for $40 for the "good" item. I also asked for a sticker from a forum. You'd think after spending almost $650 with someone that they'd not charge you for it, but he wanted "a few dollars" so I added $5 which was more than generous. Never received the stickers. Asked seller about it, he said he'd "have to find them." Few days later I asked again or for my $5 back, and seller ended contact.
My rebuttal:

The rear compartment was in good condition when the item left my care. I included this item in with the turbo parts purchased from me and put $600 worth of insurance with UPS on the item; if the item did not show up in the desired condition he can take it up with UPS. Don't make fun of my Engrish :P

Cliffs notes:
1) Jorsher needs to take it up with UPS if the item was "damaged"
2) The sticker was a mere request that I forgot to include; was going to send it to him until I get a nice little message coming home from school "wheres my sticker at ------"
3) HMT pwns you.

As you may already be aware, PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies only to the shipment of goods and not to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received through an eBay transaction. Therefore, we will not conduct an investigation into this matter at this time.
Pwn.
